If no fast fixed-line connection is available, we advise on fast satellite internet such as Starlink – for a permanent home installation or a mobile solution in a camper.

My PC is not compatible with Windows 11. Do I need to replace it?

Not necessarily. We assess the hardware, condition and requirements and explain suitable upgrades, continued use with Linux or a sensible replacement.

Can my data be transferred when migrating to Linux?

In many cases, yes. We back up the relevant data first and check which applications can be replaced or continued.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes. When requested, download our support software from the remote-support page and give us the session code displayed by the application.

Do you also repair notebooks and business PCs?

Yes. We support private customers and small businesses with diagnosis, repair, maintenance and setup.

Is satellite internet an alternative to slow DSL?

Where no fast fixed-line connection is available, satellite internet can be a practical option. We advise on stationary use at home and mobile use in a camper.
